Complaint procedure

  1. Customers may report irregularities or submit complaints related to the services provided by the Foundation to: [email protected] Complaints may also be submitted via the public postal service provider as defined by the Postal Law Act of 23 November 2012 (Dz. U.
    item 1529) to the following address: Fundacja Instytut Aurea Libertas, ul. Stefana Batorego 2 lok. 30, 31-135 Kraków.
  2. Complaints may be submitted within 14 days from the day following the date of the improper performance of the service. A complaint submitted after this deadline shall not be examined. Should the complaint be submitted by post, the date of delivery shall be the date
    of submission.
  3. Complaints shall be examined within 20 working days from the date of receipt.
