Don’t Panic!

Save the city from a flood — an educational board game that teaches how to act in a crisis.

Don't Panic

How do you prepare young people for stressful situations that demand cooperation and quick decision-making? The answer is the DON’T PANIC! innovation, developed during the first call of #POPOJUTRZE_3_0.

A print & play game that helps students:

  • build cooperation skills,
  • strengthen psychological resilience,
  • learn how to act under stress,
  • analyse decisions made under pressure.

Who is it for?

  • Pupils in the upper grades of primary school (grades 7–8) and the lower grades of secondary school (grades 1–2).
  • Their teachers.

What sets DON’T PANIC! apart?

A crisis simulation

The game is built around a scenario in which the city must be saved from a flood — students work as a team, making decisions under time pressure and uncertainty.

What’s included?

  • Cooperative print & play board game — ready-to-print materials, an emphasis on cooperation rather than competition, learning by doing.
  • Teaching materials — lesson plans (homeroom, EDB, civics), step-by-step implementation guide, post-game reflection materials, observation and self-assessment tools.

“Don’t Panic!” isn’t just a game — it’s a tool that lets students practise cooperation and action in difficult situations within a safe environment.
